Great value for the price, and plenty of space in our room. the location was superb for exploring the city, with easy access to public transit and some great local restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly staff who helped us navigate the area and find fun activities for New Year's Eve.

Secondly, the location was ideal. It was quiet and residential, but only a short walk away from the main tram and bus lines that take you to the town center. Lastly, the staff were fantastic. From the kind receptionist who upgraded my room to the accommodating lady who allowed me to check out later, the service was top-notch. I couldn't fault their attention to detail.

Nothing it is perfect.

Although the hotel had some positive qualities, the negative aspects outweighed them. The location of the hotel was great, a few minutes away from the city center where all the Christmas festivities were happening. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. Another great feature was the availability of the mini-fridge and microwave in the room, which was a huge convenience.
